We began to bring the traditional taste of Hongkong-style milk tea to the UK. We are passionate about brewing the perfect cup of milk tea, just like the one you would find on the streets in Hong Kong. Our secret recipe blends tea leaves of the highest quality, with the perfect amount of evaporated milk, creating a rich, creamy and aromatic cup of tea.

In September 2021, we officially named our brand as “Trini”, name of our daughter. She represents the essence of our family while her name reminds us of our journeys and the memories we have created along the way.
